I don't have much time to write right now, but the ex-boss seems to have found a flaw in the ex-job's bylaws showing that the current board was illegally elected... article in the local paper. Since it was the *previous* board that hired her, I'm guessing that her next tactic will be to say that if they were illegally elected, then they didn't have the authority to fire her.
